Another week of no new meal. But, it's Easter, so I'll re-post this one from 2015.
Ingredients:
- Spiral ham (mine was about 5 pounds)
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- Add juice to crock pot
- Place ham in crock pot, flat side down
- rub all over with brown sugar
- Warm syrup in small sauce pan
- Pour syrup over
- Cook on low for 6 hours, basting occasionally
